Agregue el caldo, el jugo de lim\u00f3n y termine la cocci\u00f3n durante 10 a 15 minutos aproximadamente.<\/p>\n<p>En una sart\u00e9n caliente con manteca y aceite saltee las echadotes con el diente de ajo picado. A\u00f1ada una cucharada de mostaza, la crema batida y deje reducir.
